Service Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These policies do not replace rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

1. Services and agreement

M&M Jones Web Studio Designs ("we", "our team", "us") provides individual websites, hybrid website and landing-page builds, landing pages, marketing strategies, design, copywriting, bundles and promotional offers. Contact joneswebstudiodesigns@gmail.com or 919-802-3448 for questions before purchasing.

Review these terms before ordering. A project is accepted when our team confirms its scope in writing. The accepted quote or statement of work identifies deliverables, price, milestones and any project-specific terms. An inquiry alone is not a purchase or permission to charge you. Template purchases also have separate Template Pack Terms & Conditions; those specific terms control pack purchases where they differ from these general service terms.

2. Scope, revisions and additional work

Only the pages, features, integrations, copywriting and deliverables described in the accepted offer or written scope are included. Revision allowances and approval steps must be confirmed for your project; there is no unlimited-revision promise. Additional pages, major redesigns or features outside that scope require your written approval of any extra price and revised schedule before work proceeds.

Bundled services are quoted individually after discussion. A marketing strategy does not include ongoing campaign management, paid advertising spend or guaranteed placement unless expressly included in writing.

3. Prices, payments and special offers

The current hybrid special is $297 USD, previously $497. The Fall Flash Sale is $997 USD per 10-template pack, with free done-for-you setup for the first 25 paid buyers. Confirm the applicable offer at checkout; special offers are distinct and do not automatically combine or discount other services. Applicable taxes and third-party costs must be disclosed before payment where required.

These are project or product purchases, not studio subscriptions. Payment timing for individually quoted services is stated in the accepted quote; work begins after the required payment is confirmed. Domains, hosting, paid tools and advertising may carry separate third-party charges. You approve those costs and keep the associated accounts active.

Payment methods depend on availability from our payment providers and your device or region. Never send card numbers or passwords through our project form or email.

4. Delivery and client dependencies

The hybrid special has a 24–48 hour delivery target after confirmed payment and receipt of the complete project brief, required content, access and approvals. Template packs are delivered within 2 business days after confirmed payment and receipt of required information, as described in the pack terms. Other services follow the schedule in their accepted scope.

Missing materials, delayed approvals, requested scope changes or third-party outages may affect delivery. Our team will communicate the issue and a revised schedule rather than promise a launch we cannot complete. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

5. Content, copywriting and approvals

You may supply your wording or request our team's copywriting as included in the advertised offer or accepted scope. You are responsible for reviewing facts, prices, claims, names and contact details before approval. You confirm you have permission to use all supplied photos, logos, text, testimonials, trademarks and other materials, including appropriate permission from identifiable people.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or discriminatory content. We may decline unlawful requests. Sample text, listings and images must not be represented as actual results, properties or customers without verification. Legal or regulated-industry wording should be reviewed by your qualified adviser.

6. Ownership, hosting and access

After the agreed project price is paid, you own the final custom deliverables created specifically for your project to the extent our team has rights to transfer them. Your content remains yours. Pre-existing tools, reusable frameworks, fonts, stock media and third-party software remain subject to their owners' licenses; template packs use their separate license terms.

You choose your hosting and retain full administrative rights to your website and accounts. We provide the agreed handoff and access information. Ongoing maintenance, subscriptions to external providers and future upgrades are not included unless expressly agreed. Do not share account passwords in the inquiry form; use secure invitations or a separately agreed secure access method.

7. Cancellation, refunds and problems

Contact our team promptly to cancel or dispute a deliverable. For custom services, any amount due or refundable depends on the accepted scope, work actually completed, delivered materials and nonrecoverable third-party costs, subject to applicable law. We will explain the calculation in writing. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule for all services or waive mandatory cancellation rights.

Template refunds and correction requests follow the separate pack terms, subject to mandatory legal rights. For other services, report missing agreed features or defects and our team will review them against the approved scope and agree an appropriate remedy. New requests are handled separately from corrections to agreed work. No ongoing support period is implied unless confirmed in writing.

You retain any lawful right to dispute a payment with your provider. Please contact us so we can investigate; do not make a second payment for the same order while confirmation is pending.

8. Advertising, accessibility and regulatory responsibilities

We do not provide legal advice or certify compliance with every law or regulation. Website design alone does not guarantee accessibility compliance, privacy compliance, search ranking or industry approval. Our team and the client remain responsible for their respective legal obligations; no term transfers obligations that cannot legally be transferred.

Before launch, review relevant privacy and cookie-consent requirements, accessibility, copyright, consumer protection, truthful advertising and any industry-specific obligations. Email and SMS campaigns require lawful permissions, accurate identification and opt-out handling. Real estate content may require brokerage and license disclosures, MLS/IDX authorization and Fair Housing review. Do not enable nonessential tracking where prior consent is required until an appropriate consent process is in place.

9. Marketing and results

We do not guarantee Google indexing, specific search positions, visitors, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, advertising approval or campaign results. Search engines, advertising platforms and other third parties make their own decisions. Marketing advice is guidance, not a promise of financial results.

10. Confidentiality and third-party services

We use project materials to deliver and administer the agreed work and handle personal information under our Privacy Policy. Tell our team about confidential material and any portfolio restrictions before work begins. Third-party hosting, payment, booking and advertising services have their own terms; their outages or changes may require a separately approved change to your project.

11. Liability, disputes and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses outside our reasonable control. Any liability limitation is subject to mandatory consumer protections and does not exclude liability that law prohibits excluding, including fraud or other non-excludable conduct. Specific project limits, if any, must be included in the accepted agreement.

Send concerns to joneswebstudiodesigns@gmail.com with your order reference and the remedy requested. We will review the issue and respond; these terms do not require arbitration or restrict lawful complaints to regulators or courts. Applicable law determines your rights unless a lawful written project agreement specifies otherwise.

The terms presented and accepted for your purchase apply to that purchase. Later updates do not retroactively change agreed work or remove existing legal rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
