Template Pack Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you ("Buyer") and M&M. Jones Web Studio Designs ("we", "us"). Contact: 919-802-3448 · joneswebdesigners@gmail.com. By paying for any template pack you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Each pack (Hair Salon, Real Estate, or Barbershop) includes ten (10) website templates for one (1) business. Packs are done-for-you: templates are built, styled and delivered with their back end (contact and lead-capture forms and standard setup) created for you.

Third-party costs are not included unless stated in writing — for example domain names, hosting plans, paid apps, MLS/IDX feeds, booking software subscriptions, or email services. You choose your own hosting and keep full admin rights.

3. Price and Fall Flash Sale

Fall Flash Sale price: $997 USD per pack, paid in full before work begins. Sale pricing is limited-time and may end at any time without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Free done-for-you setup is limited to the first 25 paid buyers across all packs, counted by confirmed payment time. Once 25 are reached, setup may be offered separately.

4. Delivery — 2 business days

Delivery is within two (2) business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after confirmed payment AND receipt of the information we need from you (business name, logo, photos, contact details, and any wording). Delays in providing these pause the timeline.

5. License and ownership

After full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for the one business named at purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files as templates.

You own your own content (text, photos, logos, listings). You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us, and you are responsible for it. We may show the finished design in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Refunds

Because templates are digital products and work begins right away, all sales are final once files or setup have been delivered. If you cancel before any work or delivery has started, you may request a refund minus payment processing fees. Defects we caused will be fixed at no charge if reported within 14 days of delivery.

7. Real estate compliance

Real estate buyers are responsible for complying with their license law, brokerage rules, MLS/IDX rules, Fair Housing laws, and advertising disclosure requirements (including brokerage name and license numbers where required). Sample listings and wording in templates are placeholders and must be replaced.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your site's content, legal pages (such as privacy policy), accessibility of content you add, the security of your logins, and keeping your hosting and accounts paid and active.

9. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of visitors, leads, bookings, sales, search rankings, or income. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

Templates and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, or for outages or changes by third-party hosts or providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack.

11. Payments and chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Please contact us first about any issue — filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the license being revoked.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. We may update these terms; the version in effect on your purchase date applies to your purchase. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
