Client Project Procedures
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These policies do not replace rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
1. Confirm your order and scope
Choose the individual service, hybrid special or template pack you intend to purchase. Our team confirms the included deliverables, payment requirements, schedule and any third-party expenses in writing. Keep your offer, receipt and accepted scope for reference. Pack-specific terms apply to template orders.
2. Submit the complete brief
Provide your business name, contact details, approved content, design preferences and authorized images. Identify the person authorized to approve work. Tell our team about regulated content, accessibility requirements and confidentiality restrictions before work begins. Use secure account invitations, not passwords in the form.
3. Review and request changes
Review the preview against the accepted scope and submit consolidated feedback. Our team confirms whether a request is an included revision, correction or additional work. Extra work and related charges require written approval. Do not assume silence is approval; launch authorization should be explicit.
4. Pre-launch review
Before authorizing launch, review names, contact details, prices, content rights and required legal notices. Confirm the agreed forms, payment setup, links, mobile display and account access have been checked. Any checks that cannot be completed, including third-party approvals or live payment tests, should be identified rather than described as verified.
For marketing projects, approve campaign claims, permissions, opt-outs and any budget before activation. Have a qualified adviser review legal policies and industry requirements when necessary. Search visibility is separate from publishing; Google decides indexing and ranking.
5. Launch and handoff
Our team launches after the agreed approvals, required payment and necessary access are in place. You choose the hosting provider and retain full administrative rights. Handoff includes the agreed deliverables and access information, with any external licenses or costs identified. Ongoing work requires a separate agreement; no studio subscription is created by a one-time purchase.
6. Support, cancellation and complaints
Send an order reference, a clear description of the issue and relevant screenshots to joneswebstudiodesigns@gmail.com, or call 919-802-3448. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. Our team reviews the request against the accepted scope and applicable service or pack terms, explains available next steps and confirms any charge before additional work. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under those terms and applicable law; you retain mandatory legal rights.
