Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These policies do not replace rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
1. Information we receive
When you contact our team or submit a project brief, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone, business name, service choice, project details and uploaded images. A payment provider may supply order identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and customer contact details. Our website does not store your full payment-card number.
Hosting and payment services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser information and security or error logs. Do not upload sensitive personal records, card details, passwords or information you are not authorized to share.
2. Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver projects, handle payments and support requests, maintain transaction records and protect our services. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on steps to enter or perform a contract, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests or consent where required. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.
3. Service providers and sharing
Project briefs and uploaded images are stored using Lovable Cloud. Formspree is used to send project inquiry notifications. Stripe and any other selected payment provider process payments under their own policies. Hosting and other project tools may process information needed for the service you request. We share information only as needed for these purposes or where legally required; we do not sell project inquiry information.
Template buttons lead to separate websites. Those sites and their checkout providers may have different privacy practices; review their policies before submitting information. Our policy does not establish how an external website operates.
4. Cookies, storage and tracking
Website infrastructure, security and payment services may use cookies or browser storage necessary to operate. Third-party features may have their own requirements. Nonessential advertising or analytics tracking requires appropriate disclosures and, where required by law, consent before activation. Your browser may let you block or clear cookies; this can affect payments or other features. This policy itself does not install a consent system or authorize new tracking.
5. Retention and security
We retain information as needed for project delivery, support, transaction records and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Retention can vary by record type and legal requirement; contact our team for information about a particular record. We use access controls and service-provider security measures, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your requests and choices
Contact joneswebstudiodesigns@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, ask about use of your information, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent, object to processing, request restriction or portability, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator. These rights and response deadlines depend on the law that applies to you.
7. International processing and children
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. Our business services are intended for adults and authorized business representatives, not children. If a child has supplied personal information, contact our team so we can investigate and address it.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services or legal obligations, showing the updated date above and providing any notice required by law. Privacy questions can be sent to joneswebstudiodesigns@gmail.com.
